Scenario Overview

High-safety long-cycle cells compliant with GB 43854-2024 for instant delivery fleets, shared mobility and high-speed e-motorcycles, balancing swap frequency against pack lifetime.

The economics of a swapping network place only two demands on the battery: be safe enough, and last long enough. The Skyward High Safety Long Cycle series passes nail penetration and 150℃ thermal box abuse tests, meets GB 43854-2024 and GB/T 36672-2018, and delivers over 3,000 cycles at room temperature, bringing per-pack amortisation into a workable range for operators.

The solution also covers compatibility work on the cabinet side, helping operators transition smoothly between existing cabinets and new packs.

Core Capabilities

01

Full pass on national abuse tests

Nail penetration, 150℃ thermal box, overcharge and over-discharge all carry third-party test records.

02

Long-cycle cell chemistry

An NCM-Gr system with semi-solid electrolyte retains usable capacity beyond 3,000 cycles.

03

Cabinet compatibility engineering

Dimensions, connectors and communication protocols are verified together with the operator.

Application Scenarios

Urban swapping network

Urban swapping network

Riders swap in 30 seconds while packs cycle between cabinets and vehicles around the clock.

High-speed e-motorcycle packs

High-speed e-motorcycle packs

Sustained high-speed riding raises rate and thermal demands that the pack design must absorb.

Customer Value

Compliance risk under control

Meeting current national standards removes uncertainty in market access and insurance.

Lower cost per cycle

A longer cycle life spreads pack amortisation across many more uses.

More orders per rider per day

Better cold-weather capacity cuts unnecessary trips back to the cabinet.

FAQ

Do the cells hold a GB 43854-2024 test report?

Products are designed and tested against this standard; the corresponding reports are available during commercial discussion.

Will the packs work with our existing swapping cabinets?

It depends on cabinet dimensions, connectors and protocol. Send us your current specifications and we will assess the modification effort and propose an adaptation plan.

Need a cell configuration matched to your scenario?

Share your system weight, power profile and operating temperature range, and our engineers will return a sizing proposal with preliminary calculations within two working days.
