Scenario Overview

High energy density semi-solid-state cells and lightweight pack designs for industrial UAVs used in inspection, agriculture, logistics and emergency rescue, extending flight time at the same weight.

Payload and endurance are always fighting each other on a UAV: every gram of battery is a gram of mission payload lost. Built on the Skyward High Energy Density and Ultra High Energy Density series, this solution delivers 300–450Wh/kg and provides a complete package for multirotor and hybrid VTOL platforms, from cell selection and pack structure to BMS calibration, extending endurance without raising take-off weight.

For demanding conditions such as high altitude, low temperature and long hovering, high-nickel and silicon-carbon chemistries hold the discharge plateau at cell level, while thermal management and redundant design keep risk under control at system level.

Core Capabilities

01

High energy density cell selection

Skyward 300/320/350 and 380/400/450 run in parallel so energy and rate are matched to the mission profile.

02

Lightweight pack engineering

Structural parts and interconnects are optimised together to raise pack efficiency and cut inactive mass.

03

Joint BMS calibration

SOC estimation and alarm thresholds are calibrated with the airframe maker so remaining capacity reads true on the flight controller.

Application Scenarios

Long-endurance inspection

Long-endurance inspection

For transmission lines, pipelines and border patrol, the distance covered per sortie determines operating cost.

Emergency payload delivery

Emergency payload delivery

When roads are cut off after a disaster, UAVs must complete round-trip delivery in cold and unstable weather.

Customer Value

Wider mission radius

Longer endurance at the same take-off weight lowers cost per unit area covered.

Verifiable safety margin

Cells pass nail penetration and thermal box abuse tests, so safety claims are backed by data.

Shorter integration cycle

Cells, structure and BMS are delivered together, cutting repeated trial fitting at the airframe maker.

FAQ

Is 450Wh/kg measured at cell or pack level?

It is a cell-level figure. System-level energy density depends on pack structure and grouping efficiency, which we calculate together with you during selection.

Can cell dimensions be customised for our airframe?

Yes. Dimension and interface customisation is available once volumes are defined; lead time and MOQ are confirmed during commercial discussion.

Need a cell configuration matched to your scenario?

Share your system weight, power profile and operating temperature range, and our engineers will return a sizing proposal with preliminary calculations within two working days.
