Guizhou Vocational College of Electronic Science and Technology Visits Guizhou Super Energy Era

On the afternoon of 20 January, a delegation led by Zhong Weigang, Party Secretary of the college, visited Guizhou Super Energy Era Technology Co., Ltd. for an on-site study and held in-depth talks on deepening industry-education integration and advancing school-enterprise cooperation.

Guided by the company's management, the delegation toured the solid-state battery production line and gained a first-hand understanding of its production and operating model, core business scope and technology roadmap. During the talks, both sides introduced their respective development. The company outlined current industry trends and its talent gap, expressing the hope of recruiting outstanding graduates through cooperation with the college. Zhong Weigang noted that the college's relevant programmes align closely with the company's business areas and that its talent-development goals are well matched to industry needs; he looked forward to in-depth cooperation in talent supply-demand matching and the establishment of internship bases to make talent development more targeted and effective. The two sides held detailed discussions on precise talent supply-demand matching, the joint construction of student internship bases and teacher practice bases, and the sharing of teaching resources, reaching preliminary agreement on establishing a stable talent pipeline, jointly developing teaching materials, building a practical teaching platform together and co-founding an industrial innovation research centre — laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

Fan Lingjun, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the college, together with representatives of the Party Committee Office, the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, the Department of Automotive Application Technology and other relevant departments, took part in the visit.
